Well we are in the hole for money so we go looking for trouble. First, we try to extort some farmers for their grain by saving them from raiders, but get a case of the boo-hoo’s before we can ride out with their loot. Then, we resort to begging the King who only gives us a job. Then we take to robbing farmers! Shame shame shame.

Man sorry but it looks so awesome when like 6 dudes bring down one of your horsemen and axe him in the face while he’s still trying to get up.

You can fight manhunters, you just need to choose better dialog options. Since they all use blunt weapons (I think they’re supposed to be slave-takers) it’s a pretty easy and risk-free fight.
You can also recruit them in the same way as farmers and such, but they’re kinda weak and not really worth it unless you like taking lots of prisoners.
No it needs more AMBU-LAMPS
I think you’re going to need a blunt weapon if you want to take any Nords alive.
