This new Africa boasts a reservoir of young talent, a growing market for cutting-edge technologies, and a source of fresh ideas. Africa is a continent of exciting possibilities. Amina Az-Zubair, Senior Special Assistant to the President of Nigeria on the Millennium Development Goals speaks about these exciting possibilities, in particular those that advance human development. She focuses on the debt relief granted to Nigeria by the Paris Group in 2005.
